It keeps saying, please log into xBox to join this server, but im already logged in? (Minecraft)

Im a relatively new minecraft player, im using a samsung tablet and downloaded minecraft 3 months ago, i wanted to join a minecraft smp my friends made that I have previously joined b4. Ive tried using different wifis, using my mobile data and the rest the old posts with this problem was sayng how to fix it. Its a new problem happening over 7 dzys ago, everyday I try to join but to no avail. Im confused on what else to do. Does anyone know a surefire way 5o fix it? Ill try downloading a proxy, maybe itll help but idk.* Moved from Community Center
