It is now January 2025 and still having the same Windows 10 update problem with Windows 10 Update Error(0x80070643)

Was just informed (via Windows update) that I had a WIndows 10 update pending: 2024-11 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5048239), so I tried installing it. It says "Installing", never moves off "0%", then errors out with Error(0x80070643). This has been an ongoing problem with this type of update for at least a year. Is anyone actually taking the time to fix this problem with the Windows Recovery Partition or are we stuck with this error until we're forced to update to Windows 11?
