It asking for admin email and password when doing anything

[Windows 11]

I just a new pc and I am setting up when I set up it doesn’t allow me to use local account so I login with my 365 share account and I want to reformat or remove the account I have. It able to do it I use netplwiz to add a local account make it as admin and remove the 365 from admin and replace with normal if I remember that option and after that i install app or want to reformat it asking for admin email and password how can bypass this, I try with 365 account its said wrong email or password
