Issues with Windows 11 23H2 updates after August

Hello,We have been experiencing issues with updating to (KB5046633) and (KB5046732). When you try to download it and apply the update, it gets to about 7% says something went wrong and reverses the changes. I have tried everything from dsim and sfc checks. I confirmed BIOS settings are correct. I tried to run the Win Update troubleshooter and still no success. I have downloaded the update directly from MS and tried to apply it. We are experiencing these issues on different types of devices such as OptiPlexs, Latitudes and Precisions. I have a few questions on this issue. 1. What is our best pa
