Issues with WH-1000XM4 headphones compared to previous WH-910N

I recently upgraded from the WH-910N headphones to the WH-1000XM4, and I’ve noticed some issues with my new headphones that weren’t present in the previous model:When I turn on the headphones, they pair correctly with my computer, but it takes about 20–30 seconds before I can hear any sound.The headphones don’t charge when my computer is off or in sleep mode. With my previous WH-910N headphones, I could connect them to my PC’s USB port, and they would charge even when the computer was off or in sleep mode.
