My laptop is windows 11 and the touchpad nor the Wi-Fi options are working. I can still plug in an ethernet cable and a mouse, but when I go to device manager it shows the drivers for it all are updated and that the devices are working properly. I tried uninstalling the drivers and restarting the laptop, didn't work. I tried uninstalling windows update, that didn't work either. I cant seem to figure out how to fix this. Can someone please help?
