Issues with Radeon RX 580 Series - Code 31 Failed Operation

Have been having on and off issues with my pc, it first started with audio issues so i restarted my PC, turned it back on and my main monitor was not displaying anymore. I then updated my windows drivers and it went back to normal. I suspected a gpu issue at first. Then now, my main monitor is doing the same thing and have tried updating my drivers but everything is up to date. Tried checking the pc drivers but no updates are needed. Then I tried to go into my display adapters properties and was told to enable my driver but after enabling i got this code error."This device is not working prope
