Issues with personalization settings

[Windows Server]

I had a slideshow set for my lock screen set to a specific folder but now it puts pictures from my camera roll into it even thought that's not a selected folder. It also says at the top that "some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization". I would like it to be set to that one folder but it doesn't seem to let me select it now. I am on windows 10
