Issues with Installing Drivers and Crashing

Hi, I recently built my first pc and have been trying to finish up some basic driver updates to the device. When checking my devices and printers app to see what drivers I may be missing, it lists that I do not have a network controller, I2C, or HID button over interrupt driver. When running a diagnostic to troubleshoot it, I am met with a code 28 error for the network controller, a code 31 error for the HID button driver, and no error code for the I2C driver yet still does not install anything.
