Issues with colour fringing on secondary monitor when not primary.

I'm having an issue where colour fringing occurs on my secondary monitor when it is not set as primary.Monitor Setup:Top Monitor (Secondary) / Dell Ultrawide 3440x1440 144hz (VA) (S3422DWG)Bottom Monitor (Main) / LG Ultragear 4K 144hz (IPS) (32GR93U-B)This is what the colour fringing looks like on my top secondary monitor when it is not set as the Primary Display.Workaround:Set secondary monitor as Primary monitor, Sign out and Sign back in and the fringing is mostly gone. I say mostly because in some apps it still there, all be it quite minimized. Things tried to resolve:DDUing my Graphics dr
