Issues with accessing Downloads using apps and websites

Good evening. I seem to have an issue with accessing the downloads file through websites and applications such as Discord.Whenever I try to access the file through Quick Search, the mere act of opening the file through the little prompt will cause the prompt to freeze and then become unresponsive, It's quite frustrating since that is where most of my important pieces of data end up and it ends up with me being unable to even send anything. Worst of all since two of my applications refer immediately to Downloads, they immediately freeze on me, locking me out of sending anything.A few notes:File
