issues upgrading windows from home to pro

Hello, Yesterday we purchased license to upgrade from windows 11 home to windows 11 pro. this was suppose to be pre installed. However it didn't happen and it give us the following error message.We can't activate windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital incense or product key.
