Issues Upgrading Windows 10 device to Windows 11

Win11 files I currently have one device that's struggling to go to Windows 11 from what i can see i am able to get the ISO file to download and install just fine but when, going through the process to install and the machine reboots its keeping the device on Windows 10? When attempting the install using the install assistant, everything checks out with no errors. Please see my log files attached, i have tried almost everything i am running out of ideas on what can be done next.
