Issues regarding the Nvidia graphics drivers situation on windows 11 24H2

For everyone who has the same problems as me regarding the latest Nvidia drivers; Does anyone experiences CPU spikes after installing the latest drivers. this issue appears to still exist ever since the launch of Windows 11 24H2 and still Have not been resolved. And the only around it is to be stuck using old drivers like version (561.09).
