I don't know what else to do. I tried an in place upgrade, updating my pc but nothing seems to work. This has been happening ever since Windows 11 Build 26100.2152 (KB5044384). Sometimes when I startup Windows and go through the login, the taskbar will open but it won't work (clicking on the settings, apps does nothing), most of my programs and apps won't load or even start alongside the system just Norton and EZ Update seem to work. Or that was what I thought; Norton didn't open yesterday when this issue showed up again but EZ Update did. I can't turn my pc off because the taskbar won't respo
