Issues after restoring the notebook to its factory settings.

Greetings, Microsoft community. Recently I had to restore my notebook to its factory settings deleting everything and rendering it brand new (it entered an "error-and-restart loop" state and after trying every option available that was the only solution). Ever since then I'm experiencing a couple of issues that have never been there before. - The start sound and the login screen are now not synced.
