Issues after KB5044033 update.

The teams call voice too low after the updates. I tried to increase the volume to 100% but issues persist. I downloaded and installed the audio driver from the Lenovo website as well. The updates do not affect for other generations of Lenovo x13 instead x13 Gen 4 facing audio issues. After uninstalling the KB5044033 the calls voice able to hear clearly. Any one have better solution for this audio issues?
