Dear Microsoft,I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with Windows 11 24H2. The system consistently freezes during startup, and I suspect the problem is related to the drivers for the virtual network adapters of VirtualBox or Kaspersky Internet Security.The problem prevents Windows 11 from starting correctly unless I attempt to boot in Safe Mode (without network connection) or by disabling "Signature Enforcement."Could you please investigate this matter and provide a solution at your earliest convenience?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,Petar Karan
