Issue with Typing in Command Prompt When Opened via .bat File

I'm experiencing an issue with Command Prompt on my Windows system. When I open Command Prompt manually, I'm able to type in it without any problems. However, when I open Command Prompt through a file or executable (like a .bat file), I can only type if I hold down another key simultaneously.Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it?Thank you in advance for any help!
