Issue with software - files not untill refresh is hit. Commands cannot be selected directly from taskbar.

Facing this issue for few days, I am unable to select commands from the taskbar, they are not getting selected, Also items downloaded/ pasted/ deleted are not visible/ deleted until I hit refresh.Please help resolve the above issue.Regards.
