Issue with printing web pages at scales below 100% on Windows 10 and 11.

I have a strange issue, please read carefully:I run an online store, and I print customer invoices from a web page. This page prints correctly on Windows 7 with scales set to less than 100%. However, when I try it on Windows 10 or Windows 11, if I reduce the scale below 100%, some of the text and content gets cut off on the left side of the page and doesn't print. Instead, blank space appears on the right side of the page.This issue isn't just with my site—it happens on many other websites as well.
