Issue with NVIDIA Graphics Drivers Causing System Freezes After Updates

Hello,I have a problem with nvidia graphics drivers. Everytime I update my graphics drivers my OS stops functioning. When i turn on the computer it works fine for few minutes but then it hard freezes, by that i mean completely no mouse and no keyboard so i cant use shortcuts to reload my drivers. I can either wait for about 5 - 10 minutes before the computer restarts itself or forcefully restart by power button. To fix this I found out I can restart the computer immidiately after I start it (this is a short temr and the computer can also freeze when playing games that require good graphics) I
