Issue with my graphics driver.

I really need an answer. I am using a bit old laptop so it is a bit hard finding solutions especially to my rare case. I have a dell precision 3510. i have an intel graphics card and an AMD FirePro W5130M. my laptop had also been experiencing performance issues in the past month but i thought it was some virus and i was going to reset the whole laptop anyway. i then reset the laptop and downloaded windows online. everything was fine until a day later my screen froze out of the blue. i tried force shutdown then boot again and it worked. i continued using it till it happened again. this time a
