Issue with MTP USB Driver in Windows 11: Phone is not detected, only charges when connected to the laptop.

Hello. The title tells pretty much my issue.Laptop information that may be of use:- Edition = Windows 11 Home Single Language - Version = 22H2 - OS build = 22621.675 A few weeks ago, I could connect my phone to my laptop via a USB cord and I could easily transfer files between them. To do this, I think I first added the Portable Devices: MTP USB Device via Action > Add legacy hardware. While I successfully installed it, the dialogue box also stated that "This device cannot start. (Code 10)", and the MTP USB Device also has a yellow triangle icon it:Then, I went to Windows > INF and insta
