For the quick fix, see RED highlight below in bold font...Since Microsoft refuses to fix this known issue with the Microsoft Photos app not scrolling to the left or right in the proper order by date (this affects the older app version AND still happening with their latest version "Photos Legacy" running Windows 11 even! - GEESH!) AND......after going in circles for the last few days, speaking with Dropbox Support (still wonder if they have something to do with this since they can be enabled to take over screenshots) and then speaking with Microsoft Support (who had me perform an INPLACE UPGRAD
