Issue with Keyboard and Touchpad on HP Pavilion 360 (Windows 10)I’m experiencing an issue with my HP Pavilion 360 laptop running Windows 10. Upon startup, the system prompts me to press the "Enter" key, and when I do, the keyboard works correctly. However, once Windows fully loads, the keyboard and touchpad stop working entirely.It seems to be a software-related issue, as the hardware initially functions during startup.
