Issue with Insane FPS drops when playing.

Hey, I have come across this issue a while ago with GTA V and now it is happening with FIFA 23, I play the game normally then out of nowhere, my FPS immediately drops to like 5 fps, also the audio coming from songs starts to stutter. I've tried reinstalling windows, the game, optimizing performance, nothing happens. This doesn't usually happen on every game, but it's mainly GTA V and FIFA 23.My Specs: Intel i7-10510UNvidia GEFORCEMX330 4GB of ram in one slot and 16GB of ram in the other.After reading a forum, some suggest that it could be due to my RAM?
