Issue with HDR Playback on Windows 11

I am having issue with HDR PlaybackWhen I play a HDR video the black bars looks nearly gray. I had the issue with movie& tv So I switched to new media player app (Windows 11 new app to play video and audio). It played it perfectly black bars looks black. I had some issues with graphics driver so I reinstalled the driver and played HDR video on the media player and same issue Gray bars. Any HelpSpecifications:Full Hd 45% NTSC Display Amd Ryzen 5 4600HGTX 1650Windows 11
