Hi,
We're seeing an issue with forwarding calendar/to-do items to users on a different mail domain by dragging to the mail icon at bottom left of the Outlook client.
If you use this method to forward an item to someone on the same mail domain, the margin is set to 120, and then the text has an indent of -120, so it is aligned with the left edge of the page.
If you use the same method to send to someone on a different mail domain, the margin is missing, but the indent of -120 is still in place, so the text is off the left edge of the email.
[image removed as my account isn't verified, even though it's old enough to drink in bars]
The issue is occurring only when the message is sent as RTF and automatically converted to HTML, if we manually change format to HTML it appears perfectly fine for all recipients. It also appears fine in OWA, or if the recipient is using GMail, etc.
Grateful for any insight or suggestions.
