Issue with DTS:X Audio App After Laptop Reset

I recently purchased a laptop that supports DTS:X audio. After resetting my laptop and reinstalling the DTS:X app, it is now showing a purchase option instead of being activated. The feature was included with my laptop, so I need assistance to restore it.
