Issue with buying an add-on via microsoft store

Today, i downloaded a program called "Advanced Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse", and made an in-app purchase via the microsoft store. The thing is, that i did not recieve the contents of the purchase, and inside app it still says that i can buy it. Even one of the reviewers have the same problem. I tried reinstalling it and do some settings and nothing worked. And this item isn't even eligeble for a refund. How can i get my money back?
