I've recently upgraded my motherboard from B450F to B550 and my system started giving me an error "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below." which I already tried and I also clicked on "I changed hardware on this device recently" but it still didn't work. After that I decided to use the Get Help App to finally get assistance and resolve this issue, after waiting for approximately 3 days for someone to call since that was the only option, my ticket #70543656
