Issue in system shutdown and start.

I have installed windows 11 about 2 months back on relatively old hardwareCPU - Ryzen 1600Ram - 16gbSSD - 500gbMotherboard - MSI tomahawk b350Secure boot - enabled After about a month of install. I started to have problems with it. Either it won't start properly or shutdown at all. I can click shutdown as many times but it won't work if i reached the shutdown animation. It will remain there for hours without shutting down.In start, it would display the black screen or motherboard logo screen and remain there for 10-15 min until i power it off holding the cpu on button. 1.
