ISomething went wrong and your PIN isn't available

When I tried login to my laptop it said: "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't availalbe" When I choose signin option for using password, not thing happen. I tried calling MS tech-support, and I can only get through the machine answering. It also said that I can only get help through online. no live tech-support will be able to help. Tryint to find solution in MS online, nothing there for a solution!This is horible service from MS that I paid yearly service for decades!
