Is windows going to update windows 11 software so we can move taskbar to top of screen?

Is there any planned software updates, so users can move task bar to top of screen. As it was very handy when using multiple screens to have taskbar at the top.If not how about some instructions on how to return to windows 10 so we can have taskbar at top of screen
