Is this Windows 10 standard? Principal in Security Permissions called "RESTRINGIDO" (spanish: RESTRICTED)

Hi everyone!I'm kinda concerned about this permission called "RESTRINGIDO" I've found it on the security tab of the folder "‪C:\Program Files\WindowsApps"Can I delete this permission object/name/group without future conflicts?I've tried to find some answers on internet but had no success.Is anyone familiar with Windows 10 permissions?
