Is this Spotlight or a Scam?

In October I purchased a Lenovo computer preloaded with Windows 11 for my 96 year old mother (who previously used a 2009 Dell with Windows 10 which could no longer be updated). I set her computer up with a custom photo as her desktop background. I also set it up to go to sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity. When she wants to wake the computer up she hits "enter" twice and whatever screen was up when it went to sleep would come back up.
