Is this a virus?

So in my task manager there's an app called Search(3) and I'm not sure what it is, and I can't view its properties. When I click the arrow it drops down another app called Search, whose properties I can look at. It says it's located in C:\WINDOWS\SystemApps. Is this a legitimate app? The reason I ask is because almost every time I boot up my computer, all of my apps get kicked to the side like there's some other app opening, but there's no visible app icon there, and I was worried it's some kind of malware hiding itself.
