I recently plugged a USB flash drive into my laptop. After attempting to create a new folder in this flash drive, the file manager crashed. After checking the folder after the file manager crashed, the folder was filled with 42.9 GB of files (the drive has a max capacity of 16 GB, this should not be possible) with unchangeable properties (attempting to interact with them at all, whether it be through the command prompt or software like WinRAR and 7-zip, the error "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect." always appears).
