Is there anyway Microsoft can turn on the find my device feature ?

My Surface Book 3 was stolen and I can't turn on the find my device from my Microsoft account. This the message it says "Install the latest updates to your device to use Find my device.If your device is already updated, sign in with an admin Microsoft acount.If you use a work or school account with this device, it will block Find my device." My device was running Windows 11. Need help would really like to find my laptop.
