Is there any way to switch to the HD movie version even if I already own the UHD version?

Hi. I bought a movie in the Microsoft store in UHD, where only the SD and HD versions contain an additional audio language, while UHD version contains English audio only. The problem is now that I cannot watch the movie with the other audio languages, since I can no longer separately buy or download the HD or SD version. Microsoft store tells me I already own the movie with no option to switch, change or refund, and there is no option in the Movies & TV app in Windows to switch to another version, and Audio is available in English only (as to be expected in the UHD version, although ironic
