Is there any way to stop windows from shoving updates, microsoft edge and office 365 down my throat?

Hey, my computer forcefully updated last night (despite my consent and deliberately avoiding the update as they tend to break the drivers for my GPU). When I turned it on this morning, I was greeted with a message asking me to swap my default browser to microsoft edge. Not only do I enjoy using Chrome, I outright prefer it, so I said no. Then I was asked to log into my microsoft account, and again greeted with a free one month trial of office 365 with an automatic monthly subscription thrown on the back end. I do not need office 365 or a monthly subscription as I just want to use my computer,
