Is there any way to just call or email a microsoft employee

I have been trying to get into my old email for years because I don'tremember the password and have a very old phone number attached to that email so can't do sms either whenever I try to recover my email it says It can't because i can't provide enough information for them to bother but they never give me a contact option and it is very frustrating as my email is over 10 years old I don't remember some of the details to it is there any way I can just talk to someone over email or over the phone as it just keeps directing to me to support pages which never actually help
