Is there any way to go back to Windows 10?

I've recently been forced to install Windows 11 because of Microsoft's required updates, its been terrible, rather have a trojan on my pc.Ever since I did this update, my computer just have a stroke every hour or so, where the internet stop working despite being connected by cable to the moden, its not the moden or the internet, it remains working perfectly on my phone.I tried the solutions in the other support pages ive seen, none works. Its clearly a problem with this malaware badly disguised as an OS, how I get rid of it and go back to 10? I dont care about no updates, I rather not fill my
