is there any way to go back to a previous windows version without the $windows.-BT folder?

Long story short, last night windows update kept pestering me every hour to upgrade from windows 11 23H2 to 24H2 and while I was away from my pc, it started updating without permission, I was specifically trying to avoid upgrading to this version due to all the issues that people are having with it and I want to stay on a stable build of windows that I knew worked and that I had little to no issues with.After about an hour of windows doing it's thing it booted back up and took me to the login screen where I immediately went to go roll back to 23H2 but after clicking Go Back, it says that the f
