Is there any way to contact windows support directly? If not how might i resolve this?

I have problems with both windows support and activating my windows. I own a copy of windows 10 home and I upgraded to window's 11 when they offered the free upgrade with no issues using the same activation code. However, I've recently upgraded my platform (CPU, motherboard and ram) and now its no longer letting me activate my windows account, even though its the same pc and I've selected the option that I've recently upgraded components in the trouble shooter. I've attempted to contact windows through there support hub but all of my requests are getting instantly marked as resolved even thoug
