Is there any way to change the date on files?

[Windows 10]

This morning I copied some note from my Android phone to my Windows 10 laptop successfully. However all 60+ files show the "Date modified" and "Date created" as today's date!! Some of these files go back to 2022 and I would like them in date order. ???
