is there a way to use windowsbootmanager to boot a linux iso

so im not talking about booting into a already existing linux install im talking about booting an iso freshly downloaded like ubuntu from the iso so i can install i have tried using unetbootin (says missing sys 32 using unetbootin) easybcd (says im in efi mode) rEFInd (just wont work) and some others im heavly used to the linux environment and style wsl isnt the same for me so like is there a way to use the terminal to add my iso to the win boot manager if so please tell me
