Is there a way to recover files from a deleted profile deleted through advanced system settings?

I have accidentally deleted a user profile containing important files. I did this through the advanced user settings under user profiles.After realizing my mistake, I did a system recovery to the recovery point made the day before. However, I noticed the file that I was looking for was not in the location I saved it to.What are the recovery options in such a case?
