Is there a way to recover a hacked email when the recovery form is not working?

I have this email used for gaming that was hacked a while back, I tried sending a recovery form with as much details as i could add but keeps getting rejected. I never had 2FA activated on it and now it looks like the person who got into the account did and the email looks weird. It ends with @cikuh.com. I feel like who ever got into my account probably switched a lot of the info. Is there a way to get a person to help me recover it? It has money worth in games and that's all i care about.
